Wingstop opens new Edinburgh site

Wingstop UK opened its second site in Edinburgh yesterday. Located in the capital’s Fountain Park, it follows the success of its Edinburgh St. James Quarter site, which is the shopping centre’s top food destination in terms of sales and visits.

The activity marks Wingstop’s third dine-in site in Scotland, having opened in Glasgow’s St. Enoch Centre last month. The site will sell the chain’s usual wings, tenders, burgers and sides, always cooked to order and hand-sauced-and-tossed in a choice of 10 flavours.

Tom Grogan, co-founder of Lemon Pepper Holdings, the master franchisee of Wingstop UK, said: “We are excited to be opening our third Scotland site, our second in Edinburgh. The Scots are really embracing our wings, and we are looking forward to sharing the authentic and customised Wingstop experience with diners visiting Fountain Park.”
