Roadchef lauded for customer satisfaction

Roadchef was praised for its customer satisfaction levels in the recently released national Transport Focus survey. The study, which was conducted across 119 motorway service area (MSA) operators from May until July 2022, placed Roadchef first of the top three largest by revenue for overall customer satisfaction. The company achieving a score of 94%, ahead of competitors Moto and Welcome Break.

When it comes to recommending an MSA to others making a similar journey the company also scored highly, with 57% likely to endorse Roadchef sites. The survey also looked at visitor satisfaction with the toilet facilities, with 93% of Roadchef customers stating that they were satisfied.

Mark Fox, chief executive officer of Roadchef, said: “It is good to hear that, in general, our customers are very satisfied with the service that we provide and would recommend us to their friends and family. Over the last few years, we have invested a lot in improving the facilities at our sites – particularly the toilets and catering offerings – so it’s great to see that these developments are paying off.”
