Bao opens new concept at Market Halls

London-based restaurant group Bao is set to unveil its latest venture, Bao Night Market, on Tuesday, 26 November, at Market Halls Victoria.

Drawing inspiration from Taiwan's lively night markets, Bao Night Market aims to capture the bustling, grab-and-go atmosphere and showcase a selection of Taiwanese street food favorites.

The menu will highlight a curated lineup of bao, featuring items like a double prawn bao and a double-stacked pork bao, along with larger “big baos” filled with options such as fried chicken and panko-crusted aubergine with a soy garlic glaze. For drinks, Bao Night Market will offer Taiwanese bubble tea made with caramelized brown sugar and a peanut milk soft serve.

Bao returns to its market roots by opening Bao Night Market, with aims to create nostalgic memories in the heart of the city.
