Boxpark launches loyalty card

Boxpark has launched its first digital loyalty programme using its industry-leading Black Card. It will kickstart the scheme by enabling customers to earn cash value via points to spend at its bars. 

Initially introduced a year ago to deliver a seamless guest digital check-in for Test and Trace, the Boxpark Black Card has been transformed into a points-based loyalty scheme to reward regular customers and boost on-site spend amidst the post-pandemic recovery.

The Black Card became part of the sites’ entry policy to adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and gradually, as the system advanced, special membership offers were integrated with it to amplify the guest experience. It will now function as a points-based system, enabling customers to gain rewards based on how much they spend. 

Boxpark marketing manager Barney Dufton said: “As a people-first organisation, it has always been a goal of ours to build an exciting and unique loyalty programme to reward our regular customers. As many independent businesses in hospitality, leisure and retail have struggled during the pandemic, we wanted a way to say thank you to everyone who continued to support us.”
