Recipe - Saint and sinners breakfast platter

This modern take on breakfast comes courtesy of our friends at Callebaut

Ingredients (serves 3)
Mixture of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas and cherries) – 100g of each
Mini pastries (croissants, waffles and pancakes) – three of each
Callebaut 811 Dark Chocolate Callets (25g)
Callebaut 823 Milk Chocolate Callets (25g)
Callebaut W2 White Chocolate Callets (25g)
Whipping cream (60ml)

Serving time: Less than 7 minutes

Method
1) Place the fruit into small bowls and present on a platter
2) Bake the pastries as per instructions
3) Place the dark, milk and white chocolate into separate bowls with 20ml of cream
4) Heat gradually in the microwave, stirring in-between 20 second blasts until you have a smooth, creamy chocolate sauce
5) Once baked, add the pastries onto the platter and place the bowls of the chocolate in the middle
6) Serve with skewers for customers to help themselves
